With the era of knowledge economy and the advent of global competition, how to obtain sustainable competitive advantage has become the key to the rapid development of enterprises. Modern management practice shows that, as a vector of knowledge and innovation skills, human resources are increasingly becoming competitive advantage and strategic goal to obtain a core element. Therefore, how to hire the right people, develop their sense of responsibility and work to inspire their work potential, reduce the core loss of talent, are becoming a modern enterprise management imperative.With the guidance of market competition mechanism and the national macro-control policy, as well as the rapid development of science and technology, to further improve people's living standards, China's household electrical appliance industry has won the rapid development opportunity again. As a traditional domestic color TV enterprise, SW company also raised a new opportunity in this wave, in order to obtain the core leadership and striving for the slogan. For this goal, SW company is stepping up investment funds and personnel, and strives to appliance technology, market share; prices, etc, which can have a qualitative breakthrough. However, the company unilaterally emphasize the rapid development of the traditional management models are not standardized, the level of employee performance is not high, corporate cohesion is not strong, and many other issues come to exposure, and the employee turnover rate is becoming higher, many core technology experts have been lured away to compete peer, which are becoming SW company's continuing obstacles to development.After investigation and interviews, the shortcomings of staff performance appraisal system is the main difficulties for the SW company currently. This paper first reviews the relevant performance evaluation theory and common evaluation methods, and highlighted the key performance indicators (KPI) and BSC, and then the SW company's staff performance appraisal situation and problems were analyzed. With lack of staff performance appraisal system and appraisal system is flawed which hinders the development of the company's bottleneck, also believes that high-level contempt and neglect, institutional inertia and paralysis as well as professional staff of human resource managers lack, are SW's the main reason for the problem of performance evaluation. Then put forward a SW employee performance appraisal solution to the problem. The paper that should improve SW's staff performance appraisal systems, training evaluation rater, improving the quality of the main body to conduct job analysis and assessment refinement indicators, for different employees, matching assessment different methods, and using examination results scientifically. Finally, the paper improved staff appraisal program implementation, and proposed a new implementation plan and implementation process to help SW company to go out of the woods, and further acquisition of human resources competitive advantage. Also hope to be able to provide guidance for staff performance appraisal of household electrical appliance enterprises.
