Development Stratgey Investigation In Hengyang Service Industry

Hengyang has become the only city in hunan province to be included in the first national service industy comprehensive reform pilot city in Augest,2010. To be the pilot city makes hengyang more fit for service industry's development. And then, hengyang has receive the name of “the best investment city of modern service industry in China”,which make the serviece industry of hengyang get into time of fast development. But to compete with Changsha and other develped citys, the service industry's development is far behind them. The development of hengyang service industry is delay, the relative supporting faclities are not perfect, the internal structure of service industry still need to be optimized. So considering about the situation of service industry develp in hengyang, to put forward some development strategy which is good for the development of service industry is very important.First, we list some relative theories and reserch findings to know the progress of service industry's development and it's relevance with economic development. Second, we analysis the tertiary development experience of New York, Singapore and Shanghai. Third, we use SWOT analysis method to analysis the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of service industry in hengyang in objective,comprehensive and systematic way to lay a foundation for the proposed of development strategy. Forthly, based on the national policies and relative policies that introducted by hunan province, we make a development path of vigorously develop productive service industry while focus on developing life Service industry. Finally,we give some safeguard measures to make sure that the service industry in hengyang will develp effciently and steadily.
