Application Research Of CRM Projects In DL Vegetable Cold Chain Logistics Enterprise

The project management in various areas has a certain reference significance on DL Company's customer relationship management of project management application.Customer relationship management project always takes customers as the center,is an important approach to strengthen the relationship between customers and enterprise.It implements in each department of the enterprise,aiming to make internal cooperation,to meet customers' needs and their satisfaction,ultimately,DL Company will increase customer loyalty and retain more customers.This article,based on the analysis of vegetable cold chain logistics and customer relationship management project theory,combines with the actual characteristics of vegetable cold chain logistics enterprises to build a system of customer relationship management project system,which applies to the DL vegetable cold chain logistics enterprise.By analyzing customer satisfaction and loyalty,we put forward effective measures to improve the project management application level of enterprise customer relationship management.Through the conclusions obtained in this paper,we research the DL vegetable cold chain logistics enterprises in order to give a valuable hand to implement and improve customer relationship management project management,which not only allows DL to better implement the customer relationship management project and to take the customer as the center in the future development,but also applies practical theory of customer relationship management project to management practice so as to make enterprises grow stronger.
