As the core competitiveness of Internet enterprises,creativity is the soul of Internet enterprises.Compared with other industries,Internet companies have a better atmosphere for innovation,and they will actively encourage and support employees to carry out innovative activities.Innovation is essentially the exploration and exploration of unknown fields,and the innovation process is full of unknown and risks.Therefore,employees are more likely to have innovative activities in the context of organizational support.Although many scholars have studied the innovative behaviors of employees and gained a lot,it is still of great practical significance for Internet enterprises,as innovative enterprises,to take them as research objects and study the factors influencing the innovative behaviors of employees in Internet enterprises.In this paper,based on the social exchange theory and social cognitive theory and combining with the characteristics of Internet enterprise internal staff and by reading lots of literature at home and abroad and relevant literature of carding and integration,both at home and abroad for reference to the perceived organizational support,job satisfaction,innovation self-efficacy and employee behavior of the relevant research results and method,constructed a mediation model of regulation.This paper explains the complex psychological process behind employees’ innovative activities from the perspective of three-dimensional interaction of "situation-attitude-behavior".In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 304 Internet employees,and SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 software were used for data analysis and hypothesis verification,and the following conclusions are drawn: Firstly,perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction and innovation behavior of employees in Internet enterprises.Secondly,job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employees’ innovative behavior in Internet enterprises.Thirdly,job satisfaction plays a completely mediating role between organizational support and Internet employees’ innovative behavior.Fourth,innovative self-efficacy mediates job satisfaction of Internet employees.According to the research conclusion and the characteristics of Internet enterprises,the following management suggestions are put forward 。 First of all,necessary organizational support should be provided to employees.Secondly,to improve employees’ job satisfaction.Finally,select employees with a sense of innovative efficiency.
