A Study On The Solutions To Citizenization Of Migrant Workers In Dalian

Based on migrant workers in Dalian as the research subject, this paper deeply analyses the related promlems and policy during the process of citizenization of migrant workers in Dalian, and will serve promoting macrocosm urbanization in Dalian area as the basic goal of policy research. The article puts urbanization and equal public service theory as the research foundation, based on the present situation analysis and issues research of the policy of citizenization, seeking the effective ways to improvement and innovation.The basic structure will be divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of migrant workers, the citizenization of migrant workers, and macrocosm urbanization. The second chapter, from the perspective of the empirical, introduces and analyzes the present situation of rural migrant workers in Dalian and its evolution in the process of urbanization. Respectively putting the household registration policy, endowment insurance, medical insurance policy, workers’compensation policy, their children to school policy and training policy as the breakthrough point, The second chapter explores the some problems existed in policy of current urbanization of city migrant workers in Dalian. Based on the related policy of the citizenization of migrant workers at home and abroad,the third chapter expounds on the academic thought,research methods and technical route of this article. At the same time, in this chapter, the author illustrates the related research theory and policy system of migrant workers urbanization, and establishes the basic research framework of migrant workers urbanization. This fourth chapter respectively analyses the migrant workers policy and the improvement of the public service of migrant workers citizenization from multiple angles, tries to explore effective ways in the process of migrant workers citizenization in Dalian area.Based on strategic development goal of macrocosm urbanization in Dalian, combined with "migrant workers" relating to the national economy and people’s livelihood, the article has extremely strong realistic meaning and theory value. Migrant workers urbanization policy and public service as an objective basis in Dalian, the present study to the concrete data as the basis of quantitative research, and from multifaceted aspects of qualitative analysis and empirical research, the article puts forward the related policy innovation, and proposes the advices to better solve the problems of of rural migrant workers urbanization, and also provides a feasible theoretical paradigm for macrocosm urbanization strategic goal in Dalian.
