Study On The Development Countermeasures Of The Green Ecological Camellia Industry In Jiangxi Province

With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the gap of China's edible oil consumption has been continued to widen, which pulled up the alarm for China's grain and oil security, so this has become an inevitable choice of the development of woody oil industry on the mountain. In Jiangxi province, to choice ecological Camellia for green industry development, which would be coincide with it is the owner of the natural gift of Camellia rich resource and excellent ecological environment. However, its development facing many uncertainties in the background of the new normal economic downward, as to grasp the direction of green ecological Camellia industry development, it is undoubtedly a new subject. In this paper, through the study of its development trend and influencing factors in Jiangxi, we should aim to seek its path choice and strategy development, and to promote the transformation of camellia industry upgrade.Based on the descriptive statistical analysis of the production of major plant edible oil,its consumption and trade in China and the world, As well as the subject, object view on planting industry, This paper made an empirical study of the questionnaire of leading enterprises and Camellia professional cooperatives in 2 kinds of main business model, by being selected as the research object of 44 Camellia enterprises, 40 professional cooperatives and 86 basic technical personnel of advantages of Camellia planting area in Jiangxi. These results show that, at present, the large-scale expansion of leading enterprises and professional cooperatives significantly, but the limiting factors for their development are in turn the following questions of funds face, forest land, technology, labor and brand sales. However, at technical level there is a misunderstanding of heavy afforestation but Ignoring management, still be badly in need of high yield cultivation techniques,professional and technical personnel, technology training and young labor force; from the perspective of Camellia industry object view, many conditions need to be strengthened,such as external ecological green Camellia production and environment construction work,the reserves of plant production and processing technology, detection system and quality of products, to establish and jointly promote the construction of brand culture.Leading enterprises and professional cooperatives operating mode is different, their business practices, quality management and its restricting factors, there are also some differences. The green empirical study on its supply quality investment model also showed these differences. The strong economic strength of the leading enterprises would more make decisions for green Camellia production, and more effectively promote the development of green ecological Camellia industry in Jiangxi province. Further, their green ecological industry path selection and strategies were discussed and summarized these industrialization paths, which leading enterprises would focus on the development of Camellia green ecological industry, but professional cooperatives for fostering development different paths.
