As risk management in Urban village renovation project being widely used,on the one hand,the process of Urban village renovation project not only contains economic efficiency,but also contains many sorts of unpredictable risks,on the other hand,the management level of the project is getting much enhancement,the management system of engineering project has become much more perfect and abundant.The risk varies in the progress of Urban village renovation project implement,when you take improper risk management,it may lead to the arising of engineering quality problems frequently,especially for those project whose construction period is relatively long and those projects with large investment.Risk management is related to builders' interest,it will make a certain impact on the country's infrastructure,so we must realize the importance of project management and focus on strengthening risk management in the construction process.The paper works on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation project and carries out some exploration and research,provides a certain reference for the future of project risk management.Firstly,the paper introduces characteristics and process of engineering project risk management,explains the identification of risks on this basis and the evaluation of risk,risk of decision-making and response measures conducted in-depth risk analysis.Secondly,the paper introduces the Fuzzy Comprehensive theory,the theoretical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,applying the fuzzy comprehensive theory to practical case,analysis the risk in project implementation process,proposing controlling measures.Research methods are used to maximize the use of various evaluation information,the calculation process is simpler than other methods,and evaluation results is much more scientific and reliable.Evaluation,as a method of optimizing risk management requires both qualitative and quantitative measure,the paper stands on the perspective of comprehensive evaluation,mainly basing on the main quantitative by the use of fuzzy mathematical methods to work on risk management of the engineering project,deepens the understanding of project management personnel risks,while increases the risk of project identification,evaluation and decision-making level,enriches the theory of project management methodology and project management.
