Research On Regional Logistics Cost Analysis And Forecast Based On Grey System Theory

At present,China is in the period of economic growth,the shift of economic structure adjustment,and deepening reform and opening up the crucial period of three superimposed stage of development.Xi Jinping,the general secretary thinking requirements to adapt to the new normal,from the current economic development stage characteristics,to maintain the normal state of mind,by the Chinese economy into the new normal,the logistics industry is entering a new normal stage of development,which is characterized by high efficiency,low cost,sustainable.The State Council issued the "long-term planning " is also explicitly proposed to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs as the focus,which is to promote the development of logistics,improve the quality and efficiency of economic operation is an urgent requirement.On the macro level,to countries and all regions of the government and relevant departments to develop and implement logistics development planning and to formulate relevant policies to provide a basis and better for logistics cost statistics,analysis and forecast,should the quantity of logistics cost structure,main influencing factors,change level of analysis and research,should be early on with signs,and the trend and tendency of social logistics cost changes predicted for the relevant decision-making departments make a response as soon as possible,take corresponding measures,to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the logistics industry.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the idea of further increasing and perfecting index system based on the analysis of regional logistics cost statistical index system.Through the use of grey system theory and forecasting research method,correlation analysis and forecasting model are established.The grey correlation analysis and forecast of Jiangxi Province Logistics cost are obtained by using software MATLAB,and the grey system theory is used to analyze and forecast the regional logistics cost.In this paper,from the macro level,the more in-depth study of regional logistics costs,in order to achieve the regional logistics costs of our country,the economic benefits of the improvement,and promote the further development of China’s logistics industry.
