Study On The Evaluation Of Agricultural Socialization Service Effect In Cotton Region In Xinjiang

The improvement of agricultural socialization service influence on the development of modern agricultural production, and research on agricultural socialized service in cotton area in Xinjiang is of great significance to improve the quality of service. Though agricultural socialized service system has been gradually established in Xinjiang, but breadth and depth of the service can not fully meet the needs of farmers, especially as one of the three largest cotton region in western province. To raise the level of agricultural socialization service has significant meaning to the increase of cotton output, the improvement of production technology of cotton, the increase of farmers income.And the effect of agricultural socialization service in cotton region in Xinjiang and the satisfaction of farmers on agricultural socialization service level haven’t been explored in practical. Thus this paper takes cotton region in Xinjiang as the research object, takes the satisfaction of farmers to agricultural socialization service as the research content, explores the satisfaction of cotton farmers to agricultural socialization service level, and evaluates the effect of the agricultural socialized service in cotton region of Xinjiang. Also on the basis of in-depth investigation and study this paper has further understanding of farmers’ evaluation of agricultural socialization service, improves the level of agricultural socialized service of cotton area in Xinjiang and puts forward the pertinent and substantial policy recommendations.Through the survey data of 1726 peasant households from 5 prefecture-level cities and 13 counties in Xinjiang, this paper analysis the current situation of agricultural socialized service in cotton region in Xinjiang, from the perspective of agricultural socialization service content, subject, channels, models and some other aspects.This article analysis the the farmers’ overall evaluation of agricultural socialization service and each service from cotton area in Xinjiang using the method of descriptive statistics analysis.From farmers’ satisfaction of agricultural socialization service, this article researches the factors affecting agricultural socialization service effect, by using multiple orderly analysis model of Logistic.Through the empirical analysis, this paper argues that farmers’ evaluation of agricultural socialization service is good; At the same time, farmers who have different planting scale has the difference evaluation for agricultural socialization service. Planting scale, gender, level of education, experience, family size,cotton income ratio, whether there is a cooperative, have professional and technical personnel and so on are the factors affecting farmers to evaluate the significance of each service.On this basis, this article puts forward some policy suggestions from developing various forms of moderate scale management to meet the needs of all kinds of cotton farmers and establishing sound agricultural socialized service system, such as the development of various forms of moderate scale management mode to meet the needs of all kinds of farmers; establishing sound agricultural social service system, improving the agricultural socialized service system; Encouraging farmers to actively participate in cooperation organization and establishing the "Internet + information association" and other services institutions.
