| At present,our country is in the period of transforming traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Perfect agricultural socialized service system is an important sign of agricultural modernization.as an important part of modern agriculture construction,agricultural socialized service system supports the scattered farmers and provides them with agricultural before,during or after each link needs to be productive and non-productive services.And our country developed a series of policies to support and encourage agricultural social service system,which promotes the adjustment of industrial structure.From the perspective of planting farmers social service,the study researches on characteristics of the demand of socialization service system of farmers and the influencing factors of the farmers demand degree.And the study estimates whether the improvement of the degree of socialization has a positive influence on the production efficiency or not.Based on the field survey data of planting farmers in north jiangsu and the existing relevant theory research,using the method of descriptive statistics and econometric,this paper firstly builds the indicator system of measuring participation of farmers socialized services and uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the important weights of each link.Secondly,using the multivariate regression model to analysis the influence factors of farmers participate in social service.And using the stochastic frontier production function model to analyze factors of farmers' production technical efficiency.So that this paper puts forward to some reasonable suggestions on rational allocation of resources and improvement of the efficiency of production technology of the planting farmers.The analysis on the influence factors of farmers different participation in social service suggests that there are significant differences on participation in social service of farmers and family with the flow of labor force,the number of labor force who engaged in agricultural production in a family and village socialized service level have a significant impact on the rate of the participation of farmers.Among the it has a positive influence on farmers participation when farmers have a migrant workers and the village has the higher degree of social service organizations.However,the number of farmers engaged in farming has a negative effect on it.This paper uses stochastic frontier production function model when we research the farmers technical efficiency.The main research conclusions are the following points.Firstly,as the obviously efficiency loss which exist in the process of crop production,the average technical efficiency of research data is 0.92.We could improve the technical efficiency in future.The inputs of farmers' land has a significant positive effect on the unit output,while labor input have a significant negative impact per unit of output of crops.Secondly,the research on the influence factors of the efficiency of peasant household technology shows that farmers social participation has a significant positive effect on efficiency of services,with an average age of farmers engaged in agricultural production labor,the average education level has a significant negative effect on technical efficiency.Thirdly,when the output elasticity of land input and capital input is positive,they can promote the crop output and technical efficiency.And vice,the output elasticity of labor input is negative.Based on the analysis of the above,this paper puts forward following suggestions on current situation and existing problems of planting farmers in north jiangsu socialized service level of participation and how to improve the technical efficiency.Firstly,perfecting the reform of the government department of agriculture and secondly Diversified development of service principal.Thirdly,adjust measures to local conditions to develop agricultural socialized service system.The last,raise the level of service quality and professional service. |
