The popularity of Internet applications, coupled with the widespread use of smart phones and other terminal tool and two dimensional bar code technology, making the traditional media to low cost, low threshold to enter the e-commerce business, also make direct advertising and sales integration become a possibility. At present, domestic and foreign media e-commerce business is booming, but most print media business there is no scientific profit model do support, explore and establish a sustainable profit model of print media to electronic business transformation upgrade essential.Research on media profit mode of e-commerce is to seek the print business profit source, generating process and output mode and management control. In actual operation process, print the profit pattern of participation by print, platform providers, advertisers, product suppliers and product marketers/advertisers and consumers, acquired by the commercial positioning, value, target customer, the allocation of resources and goodwill protection organic composition. Print the profit model of e-commerce platform, and mobile type diversion type profit model etc.. Focus on profit mode of the platform is economies of scale, the emphasis on increasing returns to scale, but the cost is high, industry competition is intense; diversion profit model is asset light start, but long-term profit model remains to be proven; mobile providers profit model emphasizes user experience, but the channel is subject to the people. Compared to the traditional profit model of China's print media, print media business profit model has the following innovations:highlight the management of intangible assets, influence directly the realization; online and offline integration, emphasizing the variation competition; the profit pattern of the diversified, broaden the area on the profitability of paper intermediary business; pay attention to the layout of the media industry, extending the industry value chain.At present, there are many shortcomings in China's media business profit model: poor profitability factor is not complete, between the elements of effective interaction, the core competitiveness has been eroded, the profit pattern of sustainable worrying. Need to improve the print business profit model:first, perfect profit model, the introduction of technology developers, operators and other related subjects; second, thinking of using the Internet to improve print business philosophy, strengthen the compatibility between the various elements; third, adhere to the print content is king development idea, cultivating core competitiveness; fourth, reshape the industry value chain, adhere to the win-win cooperation.
