Market competition system has gradually improved which make consumers have more initiative in choosing goods.In recent years,with the sharp increase of living standards,more and more consumers reduce the sensitivity in product prices,but turn to buying the goods of the enterprise which has a better reputation,keen on public welfare undertakings and taking care of the environment,this popular trend makes enterprises have no choice but to enhance core competitive advantages 、 attract more external stakeholders by shaping corporate image and brand reputation.Positively undertaking social responsibility is an effective way for the enterprise to shape a good image,it will be closely linked to the enterprise production management and ethics,it can not only promote the harmonious development of the whole society,but also has an important positive influence in boosting sustainable development of the enterprise.Despite the stakeholder theory has been applied in enterprise strategic management,due to the long tradition of "shareholder first" corporate governance model made the managers’ targets limited to maximize the pursuit of corporate profits,this operation principle makes the senior managers generally lack of social responsibility consciousness、 ignore the protection of the rights and interests of stakeholders.Although China has already assumed social responsibility in the company law system,and pointed out the orientation of corporate social responsibility in “Corporate internal control application guidelines”,but lacking of research about the influential factors and the implementation mechanism of corporate social responsibility greatly hinder the development of Corporate social responsibility,therefor it is necessary to unite internal control 、 financial performance and social responsibility in order to study the correlation about these three concepts.At first,this paper analyzes the research background,significance and the content of this article.With a review of the literature at home and abroad,this paper realize that there are few research about the corporate social responsibility realization mechanism,so Put forward the point of view of this paper and using the stakeholder theory,the internal control theory,the idle resources theory as the theoretical basis of this article.On the basis of theory analysis,this paper put forward the research hypothesis and then make an empirical analysis of the research hypothesis.This paper use the data among 2010 to 2014 in Chinese A-share Main Board listed companies as the research sample in doing the empirical analysis,use the He Xun rating score as the indicator of the level of corporate social responsibility and use the Di Bo·internal control index 、return on total assets respectively measure the quality of corporate internal control and corporate financial performance.Finally this paper adopts the method of variable substitution in doing the robust test.The results of this article shows that the financial performance and internal control have positive effect on corporate social responsibility;The internal control plays an modulatory role between the financial performance and the corporate social responsibility. |
