Chinese Financial Corporate Perfrom Social Responsibility And Financial Performance Relationship Research

Durban climate summit has been called "the last chance of huaman"by news media,this is the hyperbole.but according this not difficult to see the importance of environmental issues in today’s human society.In the rapid development of the global economy today,the contradiction between the enterprise development and Environmental Protection is becoming sharp.In this context,people begin to thinking about whether enterprise should only pursue profit maxinmization,more and more people start to focus on the corporate socialresponsibility.In china,the study about CSR beginning in the1980s,but until today the study about CSR of financial enterprise is blank basically.Financial enterprise is the core of the National economy,play the role of bridge and link.So the study the relationship between Financial enterprise’s CSR and Financial Performance is very important.In this paper,at first,review the history and the latest progress of CSR.Then,investigate the theory about the relationship between CSR and CFP.Last,study the relationship between chinese Financial enterprise’s CSR and CFP by empirical method.The results show that Financial enterprises actively fulfill their social responsbilities have a positive impact on financial performance.
