The Leisure Development Research Of Han Yuan Northern District

With the rapid development of world economy, the continuous development of urbanization makes people’s lives、study and work more and more stressful, the existing city parks and scenic spots have been unable to meet people’s needs to relax themselves, therefore, to look for a new rural tourism space to return to nature and relax themselves has become a new choice for the modern people. Therefore, leisure agriculture becomes a new way to promote new rural construction which combines social、economy、culture and industry together come into people’s horizon. As a new agricultural industry form, leisure agriculture combines agriculture 、 processing industry and service industry together and have crucial effect on solving rural surplus labor、adjusting rural industry structure and developing rural comprehensive quality.In order to explore the tourism project on the basis of comprehensive、integrated and efficient utilization of agriculture resources, this paper adopts research method such as the combination of case study and regional comprehensive analysis 、theoretical analysis and practical investigation. Trying to put forward the essence of leisure agriculture development to explore the basis and backgrounds of leisure agriculture development. studied the model building from different perspective. and analyzed the products and industry development. This paper do not only have theoretical guidance of leisure agriculture development, but also have practical value to the reality and operability.This article first use literature research method and analytical induction to explore the concept definition, related theory, development track and product development of leisure agriculture, trying to gain a clear idea of leisure agriculture development. Then it utilized empirical approach and case analysis method into the research of the eight towns of northern Han yuan district. On the basis of previous theory analysis, it analyzed the current situation of this area(which included physical geography environment, leisure agriculture developing situation and the corresponding problems), at last it came up the development strategy on the basis of the regional present features and existing problems, which included reasonably planning the lay out, innovating the product system, promoting the industry system, perfecting infrastructure, introducing the informatization construction and perfecting the administrative system.
