In recent years. China has successfully established itself as the world's second largest economic community with its rapidly developed economy. This provides vast room for growth for various major industries in China, especially for national electricity companies which have reached unprecedented levels in scale, as well as adapted dramatic adjustment in terms of strategic structure in order to fit in new economic era.Company A is a typical large state-owned power supply enterprise, under Liaoning Provincial Power Co. Ltd.With China's rapidly developed economy, company A accurately graspe the strategic direction of national development, and actively carried out reform and innovation, which turned itself from a lifeless old state-owned enterprises into a well-mechanism, good performed social service enterprises.However problems and risks are inevitable under enterprise rapid development, for example company A needs strong human resources to support its rapid expansion, enhancing initial strategy by recruiting talents, but also by motivating team and people. Only with high work satisfaction and loyalty among employees, company A could expect high quality human resources functionalities. Therefore it is very crucial for company A to establish apractical and effective system of employee management.As one of largest divisions of Liaoning Electric Power Co. Ltd.Company A is responsible for the design planning of the entire whole power grid, deployment and operation of all facilities, as well as daily supply of electricity to both enterprises and families. Company A covered a large supply area of 12.600 million square kilometers, supported up to 6 million populations. Company A has beenadhering to the scientific concept of development in the power industry, with a strong and full implementation of One Advantage Three Excellence" core development strategy for customers, while improving the management mechanism and service concept form and innovation. All these ensure stable and reliable power protection to the whole city..However with its rapid growth on enterprise size and business scope, company A has inevitably met challenges in terms of human resource management especially in employee training. This article will provide detailed analysis and case studies in employee training, combining a few theories and models, digging the root case and then providing specific suggestion on diagnostic and further improvement. Lastly this article will provide constructive suggestions and directions to help company A better manage and motive employees.This article targeted to solve a few issues and confusions existing in current situations, in the meanwhile in sake of sharing more experience and help for similar enterprises.
