With the pace of global economic integration, the opportunities, challenges and competition in IT enterprises will face more and more fierce, the problem is more obvious. However, the competition between enterprises is the competition of the comprehensive strength, but behind this is ultimately a competition of talent. Therefore, the implementation of effective human resources management, improve the overall quality of the staff, promote the enterprise internal learning ability, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and sustainable development advantage, then, design and innovation for the development of enterprise human resources training system has become a key problem to be solved in enterprises and human resources department.MV company with information technology as the core competitiveness, talent is the most important resource of MV company. Ability to maximize the development of IT talents, to improve production efficiency, improve the new technology, new products, mining market potential continuously, the company has always been to maintain a competitive advantage, in order to ensure that enterprises and staff development. Based on the domestic and overseas training related theory as the research foundation, adopts methods of theoretical research and case study, through the analysis on the present situation of human resources training of company MV, sums up the staff training plays a crucial role in the enterprise management, especially the knowledge staff, through training innovation, achieve the effect of incentives, make employee satisfaction and happiness is improved. The rational optimization of training innovative solutions, is the important guarantee to improve the core competence of MV company.
