For the human resource management of aviation enterprises lack of effective incentive to employees the potential maximum play to 20%-30% of the level,once organization management,the implementation of good incentive the employee's potential will play to 70%-80% or even more.Overall,at present our country numerous aviation enterprise management haven't realize the importance of employee motivation from a strategic level,continue to use the traditional human resources management and the incentive mode,serious impact on the employees innovation ability and loyalty,and even many employees have left.This article is based on this background,the system of our country airline employees incentive mechanism optimization problems,and taking a airline for example to explore the new situation under our country airline employee incentive mechanism optimization strategy,boost our country aviation enterprise innovation of human resource management and staff motivation mode to in the increasingly fierce international and domestic aviation market competition invincible.In order to enhance the scientific,systematic and design strategies can operation.In this paper,the comprehensive use of human resources management,enterprise management,organizational behavior,as well as salary incentive theory of relevant knowledge.In the analysis,comparison and reference on the basis a needle to to put forward countermeasures to optimize the a airline employees incentive mechanism.Overall,the main content of this article consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,it is the premise of this study;the second part is review of related concepts and theories,it is the theoretical basis of this paper;the third part is a airline development situation and staff motivation questionnaire survey,it is the realistic foundation;the fourth part is analysis on incentive mechanism current situation and problems of a airline employee,it is the focus of this study.The fifth part is a airline employee incentive mechanism optimization route and countermeasure,it is the research results of this paper;the sixth part is a conclusion,it is summary of the research.A airline employee incentive system optimization,to adhere to the principle of combination of organization development vision and personal career development goals,the personal interests of employees and enterprises to the overall interests of the organicintegration together,to urge the staff from the deep understanding to their salary,welfare and career development and the fate of the enterprise highly consistent,and conscious of his thought,behavior and activity adjusted to the business development track.Adhere to the principle of the combination of material motivation and spiritual motivation,vigorously practice "material incentives is foundation and guarantee and spiritual motivation is root and the fate of modern human resources management and the incentive idea,full attention staff's physiological needs and emotional appeal,to provide timely and effective incentive for employees,so as to inspire the staff to improve individual work performance and ultimately to enhance organizational performance.Adhere to the motivation has a positive and negative to the combination of incentive,in reward incentive compensation and the unity of principle,through advanced reward set an example,disciplinary backward maintenance authority to create a fair and reasonable incentive atmosphere and pay attention to employees provide excellent working environment cause staff officer entrepreneurial passion,and implement based on Performance appraisal and reward incentive,mufti-pronged approach to maximize enhance the enthusiasm of the employee loyalty and devotion to the cause of the enterprise development.
