Under the wave of economic globalization,the construction of enterprise talent team and the optimization of enterprise employee incentive mechanism are related to the maintenance of enterprise competitive advantage and the promotion of core competitiveness.Scientific incentive mechanism can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,ensure the maximum play of employees' subjective initiative,efficiently complete the tasks and objectives of the enterprise,and then improve the performance of the enterprise.The research on employee incentive mechanism has always been an important topic in the field of human resource management.With the continuous improvement of modern enterprise management level,enterprises pay more and more attention to employee incentive mechanism.The research on employee incentive mechanism has become the focus of both theoretical and practical circles.YD company,as a large-scale state-owned listed company,is affected by the traditional human resource management mode.In the process of its development and expansion,the original employee incentive system can no longer meet the current needs of enterprise innovation and development,facing the problems of rigid incentive mechanism and imperfect incentive system.YD company wants to retain talents,introduce talents,give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,it is very important to establish a scientific and reasonable incentive system.Based on the incentive theory and human resource management theory,this paper takes YD company as the research object,on the basis of the survey on the job satisfaction and needs of the employees of YD company,combined with the actual development of YD company,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the incentive mechanism of YD company,and discusses the existing problems of the incentive system of YD company,and puts forward suggestions for the optimization of the incentive mechanism of YD company,to provide ideas for the improvement of the employee incentive system of state-owned enterprises.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part introduces the research background and significance,research ideas and research methods,and combs the research results of incentive theory and practice at home and abroad;the second part is the related theory review,which elaborates the concept definition of incentive and incentive theory;the third part is an overview of YD company's current situation and the analysis of employee's job satisfaction and demand survey results,pointing out the existing problems of YD company's employee incentive mechanism;the fourth part is to make clear the basic principles of the optimization of the incentive mechanism of YD company and put forward suggestions for the optimization of the incentive mechanism of YD company;the fifth part is to put forward relevant supporting measures to ensure the specific implementation of the optimization scheme of the incentive mechanism of YD company;the sixth part is the conclusion of the article,This paper summarizes the main points of this paper,points out the shortcomings of this paper and puts forward the future research prospects.
