China’s 2014 economy has entered a period of new normal, tourism is developing rapidly in China. The competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Under the trend of Internet plus tourism, the tourism industry is faced with opportunities and challenges. To promote the development of tourism industry,I carry out the related research and discussion from the financial analysis of the perspective.The traditional financial analysis is the analysis of the financial data by the calendar year of the company. There are some limitations in it.Harvard analysis framework sublimates the traditional financial analysis methods. Harvard analysis framework is proposed by three scholars at Harvard. The analysis procedure arises from the strategic analysis. According to International trends,predicted the future development of the business. This article applies Harvard analysis framework to the financial condition of CYTS. The analysis procedure arises from the strategic analysis, applies the SWOT analysis to clearly describe the CYTS’s current market position and competition policy. Based on the above analysis, predict the future development of CYTS. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the company are facing the risk of market competition,diversification of residents’ preferences,the decline of the real estate industry and the high cost. This paper argues that we should promote the Internet in company, enhance the core competitiveness of company. The company should segment the tourism market, strengthen the construction of the scenic spots, gradually fade out the real estate industry and at the same time, strengthen the company’s business cost control. Finally, we summarize the key points in the application of the financial analysis framework and we can verify the theory’s application value. Then we can achieve the purpose to give the other enterprises reference. |
