Research On Shanghai Cooperation Organization Trade Facilitation Assessment And Impact On China's Export Trade

In the 21st century,the trend of political multi-polarization,economic and information globalization is unstoppable,in order to more effectively utilize the opportunities and jointly respond to new challenges and threats,the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on the basis of the Shanghai Five was set up in 2001,the flag with China,Russia,Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan,Uzbekistan and Tajikistan will establish a more comprehensive,strong partnership in the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.In addition to traditional security cooperation,trade and economic cooperation has become even more closely.Fifteen years,the scale of Chinese economic and trade cooperation to a founding member of the SCO continues to expand,in 2014 China's export volume of the SCO member states $ 125.752 billion,an increase of more than ten times higher than in 2001.However,in the traditional trade barriers continue to cut at the same time,a more covert trade barriers affecting the trade cooperation,the role of even less than traditional trade barriers.In order to minimize this kind of "invisible" trade barriers,improve efficiency and trade cooperation,trade facilitation issues began to be valued by the SCO,and has gradually become an important part of economic and trade cooperation.From the inception of the SCO member countries signed a "memorandum of Shanghai Cooperation Organization member governments on the basic objectives and direction of regional economic cooperation and to start the process of trade and investment facilitation of mutually agreed to refer the WTO rules for trade facilitation.After this,the SCO through a variety of measures to try to promote the development of trade facilitation within the organization.The value of the fifth anniversary of the establishment of the SCO,SCO members article will trade facilitation on a comprehensive measure,and to study its effect on China's export trade.On this basis,this paper will make suggestions to make a further improvement of the SCO member states' trade facilitation.
