Since opening to the world, China’s foreign trade has achieved rapid development. According to Statistics, China’s total import and export trade volume has created a new height of$36418.60trillion, to which the export trade contributed$18983.80trillion. At the same time, the tariff has been gradually reduced with the wider open trade system of various countries and regions."Inefficient Trade", which is beginning valued by international organizations and relevant departments as an invisible barrier to market, prompts people to pay more attention to Trade Facilitation aimed at wedding out the technical and institutional barriers in cross-border deals with sharply decline and smaller adjustment scope in tariff.Based on the international and domestic background we talked about, this paper firstly overviews the literature at home and abroad which is relative to "the effects of Trade Facilitation on import and export trade", summs up the evaluation index system of Trade Facilitation on the basis of theoretical analysis, and mainly assesses China’s level of Trade Facilitation. The assessment shows that China’s Trade Facilitation is still in the middle level (a difference of5basic points from the average one), has a large development space. Secondly, we empirically test the impact of Trade Facilitation on China’s export with Gravity model based on data in55countries from2006to2011. The test results show the GDP and tariff rate of imported country and distance from China are important influencing factors to China’s export, we are inclined to export to countries and districts with higher GDP, lower tariff rate and closer distance from China. Environment of Trade Facilitation, especially "Port Efficiency","Customs Environments" and "Regulatory Environment", has a significant impact to our export. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical test, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to China’s Trade Facilitation reform to truly improve facilitation level, such as understanding the importance of Trade Facilitation deeply, paying attention to the basic infrastructure and strengthening international and domestic cooperation.
