The logistics enterprises, especially small micro-enterprise logistics companies, must first identify departure from their own internal problems and shortcomings,then continuously optimization to Improved their market competitiveness.HY logistics company as a small micro-logistics company, under the complex and volatile market environment, facing enormous challenges.On the basis of access to relevant information, this paper based on using the combined theory with practical approach to analysis the operation management of LTL transportation services of HY logistics company,we found that the existence of organizational structure design is unreasonable,the high rate of goods packaging deformation and breakage, the end of the delivery vehicle path and vehicle stowage arrangements unscientific, lack of modern logistics information technology application and e.t.s. Through a detailed analysis of these issues and summarize, combined with the development trend of the external competitive environment, develop a corresponding improvement measures and programs, and strive to be able to gradually solve these problems so as to continuously improve the company's market competitiveness to obtain the future survival and development. on the other hand,it also provides the certain reference for other similar companies. |
