With the slowdown of economic growth in China, New Government proposed structural adjustments to the socio-economic development model in China, let the market play a decisive role in the reforming, which Shows the new mode of China's economy will enter a new cycle. As China's economy entered a new normal, DH hydropower project construction Ltd(In this article referred to as "DH"). As a water conservancy construction company, we face a variety of problems. Employees are the most core resources in our company. Talent competition has become fierce. It is necessary and important that we research on the reason and prevention countermeasures. At present, the water conservancy construction industry exists not only competition for a rapidly developing in the same industry, but there are also cross-industry businesses poaching technicians, management personnel constantly.Even foreign companies want to explore the Chinese market more quickly, offer high salaries to recruit experienced practitioners. The competition of staff resources are complex. How to improve employee satisfaction which become an important problem to preventing the loss of employees. This paper starts from the phenomenon of employee turnover. According to the former employees of the archive materials and staff satisfaction survey questionnaire findings, this paper analyze the causes the loss of employees from five areas including compensation and benefits, education and training, environment, employee growth and development of the company. From the perspective of enhancing satisfaction to prevent the loss of employees, ultimately reducing employee turnover occurs.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction which include Background of the main article, current research, research purpose, research contents and methods. The second part are theories which include the concept of human resource management, employee turnover and related theories, loss prevention and employee-related theory and Employee satisfaction.The third part is the loss of situation and the ways of prevention in DH company, involving the current situation of the company, the present situation of human resource management, the present situation of the staff turnover and its influencing, the present prevention ways of the company and so on. The forth part is the causes of loss, the survey of the staff satisfaction. The fifth part is the countermeasures which aim at preventing the loss of employees, concretely contains five recommendations:advancing the reform of pay and benefits, paying attention to employee benefit; improving training system, Strengthening the implementation of the related systems; creating a good company atmosphere, Precipitating excellent enterprise culture; strengthening job rotation,Providing development space; improvement of performance management system, exploring the ways of incentives. The sixth part is the conclusions and prospects of the paper. Through this research I hope that I could offer some inspirations and help to prevent the loss of employees in DH company.
