The Study On The Development Of Long Stay Service In Haikou

This study uses Haikou area as the research scope, and selects above 60 years old seniors who lived in Haikou between half a month and a year as the research object, investigating how to raise seniors' degree of satisfaction through service quality improvement.The study employs questionnaires to probe the Long Stay demand factors and the cognitive quality of these factors. To improve service quality, using Quality Function Deployment(QFD), through seniors' demand and the quality technology system integration method to complete a priority implementation sequence.The research results conclude:(1)Seniors Long Stay demand can mainly conclude following eight factors: the safety and convenience, leisure space creation, personalized service, life functions, software services, hardware facilities, environmental quality and community-friendly.(2)In terms of the expectation degree to the demand factors, the highest factor is the environmental quality, the hardware facilities, community-friendly, leisure space creation are the lowest expectation; while in terms of cognitive quality to the demand factors, environmental quality and personalized service are the highest evaluation performance, life functions factor and the safety and convenience factor are the lowest evaluation performance.(3)Forward significant difference exists between demand factors expectation and its cognitive quality, namely demand factors expectation is greater than its cognitive quality.(4)Different clusters exist significant differences in cognitive quality. The cognitive quality of traditional long-stay seniors is higher than the quality type. In particular, for the quality cluster seniors, only environmental quality assessment achieve above satisfactory, dissatisfied with life functions and the safety and convenience factor. While the traditional Long Stay seniors only approve of the environmental quality and personalized service factors.(5)The cognitive quality of demand factors has positive impact on the overall degree of satisfaction, while the satisfaction has positive impact on loyalty.(6)On the whole, the first three quality and technical level to the implementation of the quality of technical aspects are convenience management, service management and security management, then community combined, medical resources cooperation, facilities management, network connectivity of life functions and care services are the top five highest priority to the implementation of technical quality.
