With the development of society, the product demand more diversification for customers. How to greatly satisfy customer needs, has become the core of design and manufacture. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is just a kind of advanced design method to meet customer needs. So with QFD extensive application the method research of QFD, based on quality statistical tools---Minitab, has important realistic significance.This paper chooses valve as the research object and adopts four houses of quality (HOQ) as the main line. Various quality statistic method of Minitab are applied to construct and analyze quality houses. Four HOQ are respectively product planning HOQ,parts deployment HOQ,process planning HOQ and production planning HOQ. In the construction of product planning HOQ, first of all, using affinity figure sort out three layers customer needs, then selecting Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate customer needs importance, creating a quantitative method by project analysis of Minitab ,to assess company products satisfaction in the user demand planning matrix. Furthermore, through brainstorming method and sets operation, confirm the mutual relation matrix and autocorrelation matrix; through the valve flow resistance performance test, obtain the flow resistance coefficient curve by Regression Analysis, accordingly determine the optimal product quality target. In the construction of parts deployment HOQ, firstly, refer to The Comprehensive QFD Mode, applying functional analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), acquire QFD group of between the valve quality requirements quality characteristics and parts function parts reliability .In addition, according to the output information of product planning HOQ, established the parts deployment HOQ. In the construction of process planning HOQ, according to the parts manufacturing process and key technical requirements, established the valve body and valve stem process planning HOQ. In the construction of production planning HOQ,choose one of the key control points derived from process planning HOQ , adopted three statistical methods,Measuring System Analysis(MSA), control charts analysis , Process Capability Analysis(PCA), established the valve quality control system, in order to ensure that produce quality qualified, customer satisfaction products. This project work tried to construct HOQ by quality statistical tools ----Minitab,and explore the effective way to promote the QFD application of small manufacturing enterprise, such as valve enterprise.
