Hangzhou is a historical and cultural city, eating?housing?travelling and shopping, entertainment, this six elements formed the tourism culture of Hangzhou. Thus, how to design the factor "buy" has become very important, As an outstanding tourist city Hangzhou tourism souvenirs market situation, on the basis of investigation and study of the issues related to this article inducts the Kano quality model for female users of Hangzhou tourism souvenirs color, function, quality, and customer satisfaction has carried on the analysis, and find out the suitable way to improve the satisfaction of the female consumers of Hangzhou cultural souvenirs factors, using in product design, have certain realistic directive significance to enhance user satisfaction for tourist souvenirs of Hangzhou.This paper take the Hangzhou " Lotus " as an element into cultural souvenirs design for female consumers as a community of users, using the Kano model and its application in the product design field, based on the Kano model of cultural product development and design process model, the classification of the demand attributes using Kano model establishment and full participation in the design, to ensure that the final product with high user satisfaction. Taking " Lotus " as the design element as an example, verified the customers' cognition, behavior habit, demand, emotion and other factors of the comprehensive cultural souvenirs are established, and the typical model of the product user role model is established.
