The flavor industry is one of emerging industry in China at present, it is an important industry that supply flavors for products needed flavors in the products of light industry. More and more flavor companies including local and oversea ones bring pressure of competition to every company in flavor market in China.Silesia Flavor Company is an international medium-sized company, its headquarter in Germany. It produces the flavor and fragrance used in food industry. Silesia Flavor(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Silesia Flavor Company. The target customers are the factory in food industry that is the most important industry for the nation. Silesia Flavor(Shanghai) Co., Ltd is mainly in charge of the market in China and Southeast Asia. It is very urgent and important to Silesia flavor(Shanghai) Co., Ltd that finds out the way how to make it better in the future.This paper studies strategic development plan of Silesia flaor Company(Shanghai) under the background of the new normal of China's economy and global economic integration. The paper was written by the order like as the strategy analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy ensurerance.
