Chenzhou Saigechesheng Navigation Technology(SNT) Co., Ltd. is a private satellite positioning enterprise in Chenzhou, Hunan, whose comprehensive strength has been greatly increased after several years of rapid development. At present, this enterprise meets some problems, such as the choice of the direction of development and the continued development, so the study on development strategy has very important significance to the company's survival and development.Using modern enterprise strategic theories and analysis tools, this thesis deeply analyses the enterprise's internal and external environment, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. Five models of competitive power are built to analyze in SNT's development, the interaction and strength between it and its major competitors, potential competitors, new entrants, suppliers and customers, to make clear enterprise's competitive situation. Based these analyses, the SNT's development strategy is formulated.By using the method of combining theory and Practice, and taking SNT as the research object, formulating the company development strategy for the target, the practical investigation and research to the enterprise's reality, and collecting the relevant materials by means of documentary materials, selecting and using scientific theory guiding practice, this thesis discusses the company's development strategy in detail. Through the analysis of SWOT, it put forward the strategic choice of direction.On the basis of the analysis of company vision and development goals, the strategic positioning of the company has been made. That is, in the choice of horizontal integration growth strategy, the main focus of the competitive strategy combination is the choice of the combination. At last, company strategy implementation and evaluation measures have been formulated, including established mechanism of target evaluation and target management responsibility system, safeguard measures of strategic implementation, evaluation of the implementation, along with strategic adjustment and established the optimization mechanism. The company strategy implementation effect evaluation is perfect, the company development strategy deviation recognition mechanism is established, the optimization mechanism is improved.In the research process, this thesis uses the strategic management theory, and the corresponding strategy analysis tools to design of the overall development strategyand implementation plan of SNT, which have a better maneuverability. Meanwhile,the research also has certain reference value to the other enterprises in the industry.
