In recent years, the employee engagement study highly attention, occupy the important position in the field of theory and practice. A large number of relevant studies have found that employee engagement to a lot of relevant variables are effectively explain and predict. In today's enterprise staff as the main competitive environment, enterprises only have more engagement higher staff, is likely to win the competition. However, at present the reality of Chinese enterprise employee engagement is generally low, the proportion of professional employees are much lower than the world average. In the face of such situation, many enterprises will focus on the improvement of working environment, but less on employee self personality traits influence on employee engagement. Core self-evaluation, summed up the four basic personality traits, is a kind of higher order variable, contains more extensive and deeper research connotation. A large number of studies have shown that core self-evaluation can to a certain extent, to employees in the enterprise organization behavior, attitude, etc. In view of this, this study provides a theoretical review on previous literature, and on this basis, in every region and enterprise of the country's 980 employees as the research object, through the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey to investigate the core self-evaluation impact on employee engagement and its internal mechanism, the research results show that the core self-evaluation has remarkable positive forecast effect to employee engagement; Work embedding and perceived organizational support as the core self-evaluation and the relationship between employee engagement intermediary variable exists; Work embedded and perceived organizational support on the intermediary role of both.Through this study can make the enterprise to pay more attention to the core self-evaluation in the specific management practice's influence on employee engagement, to strengthen the assessment of employees' core self-evaluation level, improve the staff's work embedded degree, to strengthen the organization of staff support, and enhance employee engagement, and make the commitment of employees to work, improve the work performance.
