The rapid pace of work and fierce competition in the market has greatly affected the job resources of new-generation employees.With the rise of positive behavior research,the positive role of work engagement has become more and more interested in the academic field.Enjoy the happiness of work is the presentation of work engagement.According to social exchange theory,employees who feels that the organization and their supervisors will pay for their engagement will be more engaged.The relevant theoretical research results show that the quality of LMX and perceived organizational support will have a positive impact on job engagement,organizational support and LMX as two major work resources perceived by employees,have an important influence on employees' job engagement.Based on the social exchange theory and JD-R model,affective commitment as intermediary variable in this study,using exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,and structural equation modeling to analyze the sample data of 483 questionnaires,research the effect of leader member exchange and perceived organizational support on work engagement.It is found that:(1)LMX and perceived organizational support is positively related to work engagement;(2)Leader member exchange and perceived organizational support have different effect on work engagement: for vigor and absorption,leader member exchange has more influence than perceived organization support;(3)the effect of LMX and POS on work engagement is mediated by affective commitment.
