| Production process information management system can effectively manage and apply a large number of real-time data and process parameters in production process. However, with the uninterrupted operation of the system, the database needs to store more and more data. Then the database will be poor scalability and low concurrency. This paper made an exploratory study of massive data storage technology, in accordance with production process real-time data storage needs and characteristics. In this paper, database response low performance issues is solved mainly in response to the increasing the amount of data.Firstly, this paper analyzed the existing two data storage solutions and production process data acquisition, storage characteristics, data storage needs in cement companies. This paper presents a distributed data storage system based on SQL Server database, which stores geographically dispersed mass production process real-time data. Data synchronization distributed data storage system and SQL Server database transaction replication mechanism is in-depth study to ensure the consistency, completeness and timeliness of data between corporate headquarters and various branches.Secondly, this paper studied many database performance tuning strategies, such as indexing techniques, partition table, memory, database, etc. Through the study of these key technologies, the data storage mode in process industry and database performance tuning basic strategy was summarized. To achieve the latter part of database system to maintain transparency and simplification, this paper developed a production process SQL Server data store maintenance system based on B/S Mode.In the background of the actual needs of the cement enterprise information, this paper proposed one kind of mass production process data distributed storage mode, and summarized several database performance optimization strategy. Actual project application results show that distributed data storage mode and performance optimization strategy based on SQL Server database, which can effectively store and manage the production process vast amounts of real-time data and meet the actual needs of the project. |
