With the increasingly serious problems of environmental pollution and fossil energy shortage,the large-scale integration of wind power,photovoltaic and other new energy sources into the power grid leads to the imbalance of power supply and demand in the power system,such as peak regulation,frequency regulation and insufficient spare capacity.As a flexible demand response resource,with the rapid growth of installed capacity and technological progress,distributed energy storage at the user end can effectively promote the coordinated and stable operation of power supply and demand resources.However,due to decentralized access,poor controllability,small individual capacity and other problems,distributed energy storage resources are often difficult to meet the minimum requirements of participating in the power grid demand response.With the reform of electric power marketization,distributed energy storage aggregators,as a new market subject,can integrate the idle energy storage resources of users through scientific aggregation management,participate in the power market in a large-scale way on behalf of them,and obtain economic compensation.In this way,it can not only reduce the peak load demand,line loss and economic cost of system operation,but also improve the utilization rate of energy storage resources and the economic benefit of energy storage users.Therefore,this paper takes distributed energy storage aggregators as the research object and designs their operation mode of participating in demand response.The schedulable capacity of distributed energy storage aggregators is evaluated.The optimization model of its participation in demand response is constructed.Specifically,the main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the definition and control resource types of distributed energy storage aggregators are summarized,and the overall architecture and regulation mode of distributed energy storage aggregators are analyzed from the grid side,distributed energy storage aggregators and users side.Based on the way of energy storage aggregators participating in demand response,From the specific business scope and transaction mechanism,the paper designs its operation mode with the upper power grid companies and the lower users.Second,by the user side the objective operation characteristics and energy storage resources based on Logistic regression analysis of energy storage user subjective participation willingness,screening to determine a single schedulable capacity of energy storage and energy storage user scheduling compensation expectations and put forward a method of distributed energy storage aggregate based on economy of polymerization of energy storage resources in the area of schedulable capacity assessment,Provide the basis for the following aggregators to participate in the market;Again,based on the cost-benefit analysis of distributed energy storage aggregators,with energy storage aggregators,profit maximization and load into the objective function is minimum mean square error,and considering the energy storage system operation,power balance and effective demand response such as constraint conditions,build distributed energy storage aggregators to participate in demand response optimization model;Finally,the aggregation model and optimization model are analyzed respectively by example simulation,and the effectiveness of the aggregation model is verified by comparing the traditional price-incentive aggregation method with the schedulable capacity result obtained by Logistic regression aggregation method in this paper.According to the results of the optimization model,different application scenarios are set up and comparative analysis is carried out to verify the rationality of the optimization model in this paper.The calculation results of the schedulable capacity show that the compensation price of users is not positively correlated with the actual participating capacity of energy storage,and the model established in this paper can effectively reduce the error between the prediction results and the actual call when scheduling energy storage.The results of the optimization model show that when aggregators adopt a single price arbitrage income model,the income will be single and uneconomical.When the revenue model combining electricity price arbitrage and demand response is adopted,compared with the revenue scenario aiming at daily profit maximization,the revenue of distributed energy storage aggregators decreases slightly after considering technical requirements,but it can effectively reduce the peak-valley difference of load and smooth the load curve.The innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)combined with China’s power market reform,a new market main body "distributed energy storage aggregator" is proposed,and the operation mode of its participation in demand response is designed;(2)Logit model is used to analyze the subjective participation intention of distributed energy storage users,and a distributed energy storage aggregation method based on economy is proposed;(3)Considering the economy and technology of distributed aggregators,the operation optimization model of their participation in demand response is constructed,and the solution method and solution process of the model are given.
