Pick a has a strong vitality of the private enterprises generally through the entrepreneurial stage, rapid development stage and mature stage, the three stages. In the start-up stage, in order to strive for in the market survival and growth, the management strategy of the enterprise basically rely on opportunistic, decision and the consequent action very quickly, when the scale of the enterprises tend to be small, a single product line, clear corporate strategic objectives, all business activities of the principle is to save the cost, improve efficiency and increase sales. This is more able to adapt to the needs of enterprise survival, and the effect is better. Zhengzhou x building materials limited liability company(hereinafter referred to as the X company) has gone through the start-up stage, entered the phase of rapid development, enterprise scale continues to expand, getting the product to market is widely recognized and have dominated the leading position. The company gradually entered a period of rapid development, but X company belongs to the small and medium-sized building materials manufacturing enterprises, due to the small scale, the lack of high-quality financial management professionals, corporate governance mechanism is not perfect. In such circumstances, X company to in-depth analysis of their situation, make a development strategy for their own development to better adapt to the company's development stage, based on the X Enterprise Inc strategic grasp, chose to adapt to the company's financial strategy, and according to the financial data of 2009-2015 as data analysis, comparison analysis of 2009-2012 and 2013-2015 before the transition after the transformation of data, combined with the financial performance evaluation of the verification of financial strategy implementation effect, draw a reasonable business strategy and pointed out the direction for the development of the company, and the financial strategy is to ensure the realization of the company strategy, the article finally gives suggestions on the development of the company, also pointed out the limitations and shortcomings own.This is the case method, the main research methods used in specific cases of private enterprises as the enterprise strategic transformation research, through the specific case study, more for the same type enterprise financial strategy determine to provide decision-making reference. Secondly this paper use the comparative analysis, trend analysis. Comparative analysis is compared in different periods of financial indicators, calculating the difference, in order to measure method of financial condition. Trend analysis method from enterprise during the successive a few financial table, compare the relevant key project indicators values, change direction and amplitude, the numerical change trend reflected in the balance sheets of every period, the development trend of the change of operating results, cash flow.Reasonable enterprise strategic direction for the development of the company, at the same time, the function of matching strategy to ensure the smooth realization of corporate strategy. Through the study of this article, can be more private family enterprise's strategic transition of financial strategy to provide the reference.
