The Research On Strategic Transfermation Of Small And Medium-Sized Coal Businesses

Coal resource is one of the main energy sources in China, and the coal industry is the pillar industry of our country. China is now in the new normal economic development, economic growth rate slowed, the economic structure is facing adjustment pains. November 2015 meeting of the central financial and economic leading group suggested that the supply side should focus on structural reform, the formation of new subjects, foster new power, the development of new industries. Enterprises shall conform to the laws of economic development needs, timely strategic transformation, clearing of backward production capacity, to avoid the waste of resources, reduce operational risks. Especially in coal enterprises, by the domestic economic growth slowdown, the adjustment of energy structure, coal production capacity surplus, the impact of imported coal, new energy diverted and other factors, lack of coal market demand, oversupply, rising inventories, prices continued to decline; on the other hand, the coal enterprises is facing the dual challenges of resource depletion and environmental constraints. In such circumstances, coal enterprises, especially indispensable to the national economy of small and medium sized coal enterprises, due to its own characteristics, restricting factors, if only rely on the economy as a whole to pick up or waiting for the government's policy to rescue the market, there will be no way out. Only by changing the idea, get a clear understanding of the situation, identify the location, confidence, and actively take turn way of structural adjustment measures, efforts to promote transformation and upgrading of the enterprise strategy, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the enterprise to maintain the contrarian, maintain long-term and stable development of the enterprise.In this paper, a small coal enterprises in Zhangqiu city as the research object.
