With the current high-speed development of world economy, the global economic environment changes very quickly. More and more flooring exporting companies, under the fierce global competition, began to re-examine their superiority, weakness and how to overcome weakness, to take some space on the market. This requires a marketing strategy suitable for the enterprises and also works for the current market. During the exploration and innovation, with all kinds of obstacles and unknown factors, how to find steady transition, and how to apply the new marketing strategy smoothly are extremely important.FR flooring exporting company was founded in 2002, specialized on exporting flooring from China. After the global economy crisis in 2008, the world market structure changes, FR flooring exporting company needs to follow the market changing and make new workable marketing strategy to face the strong competition.In this paper, we will use the SWOT analysis method as the main method based on the flooring exporting enterprises marketing strategy research. Through the analysis of the flooring business background and flooring industry development, combined with the market external environment and internal environment and different periods of the market change of specific business data, and strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for FR flooring exporting company, we will raise the marketing strategy according to FR floor exporting company itself and the market trend, which is realistic significance for exporting companies.
