Investigation And Study On The Development Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives In Dalian Supply And Marketing Cooperation System

Farmer specialized cooperatives as a new cooperative economic organization realize the implementation of voluntary union and democratic management in farmers. It combines the advantages of household production and cooperative management to solve the contradiction between "small farmers"and"the large market" which is another innovation in the field of management of our country agriculture. In recent years, China has published ?The law of the farmer specialized cooperative? and introduced some policies to support the development of farmer professional cooperatives. Dalian supply and marketing cooperation system adhere to the purpose of agricultural services and found all types of specialized farmer cooperatives around the leading industry and featured products, and presents rapid and stable development trend. But with the further advance of the global urban development strategy and urban development in modern agriculture, the development scale and level, internal management, operation mechanism and other issues of the farmer professional cooperatives in supply and marketing system become more and more obvious in Dalian. It also has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development and growth of farmer professional cooperatives.The survey based on the functions of supply and marketing cooperatives and on the basis of the summary of research results about farmer professional cooperatives at domestic and overseas and combined the development of the farmer professional cooperatives in supply and marketing system in Dalian, it has carried on the analysis to influential factors of farmer professional cooperatives, also found out the problems existing in the development of farmer specialized cooperatives in our system. Then we summarized the development tendency and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures in the further development and expansion of the farmer professional cooperatives in Dalian supply and marketing cooperation system. In this paper, questionnaire and other research methods were used comprehensively. We selected some responsible persons and the members of the farmer professional cooperatives as the objects of investigation in six agricultural areas in Dalian and provided questionnaires in total of 200 copies to carry on the implementation of a targeted questionnaire.In addition, we also took the form of individual interviews in the convenience of our work then got more first-hand information. Through the methods of summary, carding, statistics and analysis of the survey data and with the development history of promoting the farmer specialized cooperatives in recent years in supply and marketing system of Dalian, we summed up that the system of farmer professional cooperatives has characteristics of diversification, wide business scope, product branding, production scale. From the data analyzed, we concluded that the development and growth of farmer professional cooperatives in our system still has some problems, such as the organization scale is small, financing is difficult, the operation mechanism is not perfect, high quality service and professionals are lacking, the information channel is in block. Therefore, we put forward that the regulators should optimize the development environment of farmer professional cooperatives and improve its internal operation mechanism and profitability, then focus on the construction of professional talent team and so on, so as to promote the development of farmer specialized cooperatives of supply and marketing system in Dalian and provide valuable decision reference for the government to make useful policies in the future.
