Energy Revolution:The Essence Of Inquiry And The Divrection Of China’s Chioce

The relationship among the energy, economic and environment are closed, they promote and influence each other. The development pattern that depends on the coal and petroleum not noly cause the rapid economic growth, but also the various environmental problems, for example, the water pollution, the soil pollution, air pollution and other environmental problems in turn not only restrict the domestic economic development, but aslo affect people’s physical and mental health seriously. The disharmony between the economy and the environment highlights the traditional energy structure system can not continue to support the sustainable development, in order to ensure the sustainable development of the domestic economy, our country has put forward the greast strategy of the energy revolution. This paper mainly focuses on the essence and characteristics of the energy revolution, the conditions of our country to lead the third energy revolution, and in the face of third energy revolution in path selection are analyzed.The energy revolution and the industrial revolution are closely related, in this regard, we focus on the perspective of industrial civilization to analyse the process of the energy revolution, which can extract the essence of the energy revolution in a more targeted way, and that is the altenative energy systems,triggered by the economic problems, the core technological breakthroughs, forming new energy for dominance of the substitution process, leading to the rise of various areas to achieve technological revolution and related industries, resulting in the industrial revolution. The dominance and the core technology of new energy are the key features of substitution, in order to lead the third energy revolution, we also need to pay attention to the alternative hierarchy(the alternative of energy insystem and the alrenative energy between systems); the altenative blance(the combination among the variety of alternative energies, the alternative standrads, and the actual state); the diversification of alternative patterns(mainly divided into the promotion of the renewable energy based model, and the main high-end models of the fossil energy and the nuclear energy).The Britain has led the energy revolution for the first time, and then led the first industrial revolution, the United States has led the second energy revolution, then led the second industrial revolution, From this we can know that if China is to lead the third industrial revolution, and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must first lead the third energy revolution. This paper conduct some of the related researches on how China can lead the third energy revolution, we believe it can be considered from two aspects of relative lead and absolute lead about China’s lead. The relative leading includes the advantages that our country already have and need to further strengthen, mainly in the strong aspiration of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the superiority of the political system, the advantages of the renewable energy reserves and kinds, the potential of the domestic energy market, and the potential of the related technology innovation; the absolute leading is the goal our country needs to strive to achieve at present, mainly in the innovation and introduction of the new energy technology, the green transformation of the domestic market, strengthen the motivation of the new energy policies and the policy system optimization, planning the domestic industrial development reasonable, enhance the citizens’ s awareness on energy, and else. Our country will achieve the absolute lead of the third energy revolution,leading the third industrial revolution only by giving full play to the relative advantages, and make up for the shortage actively.This paper adopts the scenario analysis method based on the above analysis, and embark on the policy directon and intensity support in the process of energy transformation, and based on the relationship and the mutual influence among the energy and the economy and the environment, we set two groups of scenarios about the policy support and policy nonsupport. The policy nonsupport scenario specific performance as a reference scenario, and the policy support scenario includes three sub scenarios that foucs on the different directions, they are the technology policy scenarios,the environmental policy scenarios, the energy policy scenarios,and then we induct four kinds of paths correspondingly in the energy revolution, they include the conservative path, the moderate path, the absolute path, and the positive & sustainable path. According the analysis,we think that it is necessary to seek a balance between the moderate path and absolute path, and choose the positive & sustainable path.Finally, combined with the situation of China’s energy strategy current, the authority report, the industrialization and urbanization process, as well as the positive and sustainable development path, we make a qualitative forecast that China’s renewable energy accounted for a proportion of primary energy consumption will be excepted to reach 50% in 2050, complete the energy revolution primary, the ultimate guarantee of China’s future energy demand and energy security, achieve the sustainable development of economy.
