A Combination Evaluation Method On Operation Performance Of The Third Party Logistics Information System

With the concept of "Internet +" appearing,the development of e-commerce has stepped on a new level,and the third party logistics enterprises have ushered in another spring.The third party logistics enterprises can not operate healthily and stably without the support of logistics information system,therefore,the performance of information system has attracted more and more attentions.However,there are few studies on the evaluation of the performance of the third party logistics information system in domestic,which can not meet the needs of the development of the enterprises.So,it is necessary to study the evaluation on the performance of the third party logistics information system.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference value for the evaluation on the performance of the third party logistics information system,and provide a theoretical basis for decision makers.In this paper,we evaluate the performance of the third party logistics information system based on the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The evaluation on the performance of the third party logistics information system is very complex.Analytic hierarchy process can be used to solve the situation of multi-level performance evaluation system.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional method,which can not quantitative analysis of the vague and uncertain goal.This thesis carried on the research of the following three aspects:(1)The third party logistics has been carried on the profound analysis,and then the paper puts forward the necessity of the evaluation on the performance of the third party logistics information system.(2)Referring to the general enterprise information system performance evaluation method,sets up a set of evaluation index system for the performance of the third party logistics information system combining with the characteristics of the third party logistics enterprises,including the quality of information systems,third party logistics information system of financial indicators,third party logistics information system user satisfaction,third party logistics information system to enhance the intrinsic value of the enterprise.Analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weightiness of each index.(3)The performance of the third party logistics information system is evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model when the weightiness of each index is determined.Through the analysis of the results,the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the logistics information system of the enterprise.
