| Corporate performance evaluation has long been considered as an organic part of corporate planning and control. Job nature, enterprise role and external requirement are changing. Numerous quality prizes both home and abroad encourage corporate performance evaluation. Swift development of information technology has produced a revolutionary influence. Corporate performance evaluation has attracted more and more attention and aroused increasingly in-depth discussions. At present, more and more 3rd party logistics enterprises have begun to attach great importance to performance evaluation and attempt to establish a performance evaluation system of their own. In China, however, 3rd party logistics enterprises, as rising enterprises, are still on the way to exploring their methods of operation and their performance evaluation systems are not perfect enough. Therefore, this thesis holds that it is of immediate significance to establish a really scientific and reasonable corporate performance evaluation system according to the characteristics of 3rd party logistics enterprises to evaluate the performance of logistics enterprises objectively and fair.Based on this notion, this thesis designs a performance evaluation index system for 3rd party logistics enterprises by using for reference existing research achievements both home and abroad and referring to the characteristics of logistics enterprises themselves. This index system covers finance, customer, business process, technical innovation and employee. By organically combining a financial evaluation index system with a non-financial evaluation index system and quantitative indexes with qualitative indexes, this index system can fully and objectively reflect the production and operation conditions of logistics enterprises. Meantime, besides constructing a performance evaluation index system for 3rd party logistics enterprises, this thesis designs a specific set of evaluation methods for this index system by building a comprehensive evaluation mathematic model. This helps the parties interested of an enterprise acquire a good knowledge of corporate performance. It also makes evaluation, originally complex, much easier. |
