Research Of Developing Countryside Ecotourism In Gongcheng In From Perspective Of Community Participation

Through discussing and studying countryside ecotourism of Gongcheng from perspective of community participation, research achievements of stakeholder theory and sustainable development theory are applied to analyze perception, expectation and satisfaction of local community residents in participation in countryside ecotourism by means of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview and data statistics. Basing on that, this paper has discussed the new model of developing countryside ecotourism in Gongcheng as well as future countermeasures for development. Primary conclusion of this research is as following:1. Community residents in Gongcheng vary regarding approval rate of impact of perception of countryside ecotourism on economic income, society and environment. Economic income, social and environment are affected; living costs are not affected by tourism activities and increased significantly.2. In general, community residents in Gongcheng show positive expectation to countryside ecotourism. Except for low expectation value towards introduction and integration of foreign cultures.3. The overall satisfaction of community residents of Gongcheng with countryside ecotourism is low. About the interests of the income distribution and development degree of satisfaction is low; as with satisfaction with improvement of infrastructure, living and earnings, model of carrying out and ways for the government, tourism administration department and residents to participate, the residents vary regarding satisfaction degree.4. According to linear regression analysis of the impact of perception and expectation value on satisfaction, income level, improvement of infrastructure, increase of community awareness and raising of residents'degree of civilization of perception as well as promotion of economic development, provision of more jobs, improvement of life quality, continuation of quality countryside ecotourism activities and popularization of relevant policies and regulations of expectation values are positively related to the overall satisfaction; the living cost perception, environmental impact perception of perception and the hope of retaining local culture and custom of expectation value are negatively related to the overall satisfaction.5. In Gongcheng, the model of "government+company+peasant household" can be applied for developing countryside ecotourism. According to the principle of sustainable development, the rights, liabilities, configuration, operational framework and mechanism of the model are defined.6. In this paper, problems in the development of countryside ecotourism in Gongcheng are put forward, such as unbalanced development, different benefits, incomplete system, to-be-improved comprehensive quality of residents, small development of tourism, lagged-behind tourism infrastructure, a shortage of professional talents and impact from foreign cultures. Meanwhile, countermeasures are proposed.
