Community Participation In Ecotourism Empirical Research

Eco-tourism is on the basis of considering science, approaching science, protecting science and not destroying the ecological balance, this sustainable green tourism has been considerably focused by people, and studied widely by many national and international scholars. Community participation is one of the methods for eco-tourism realization, it is considered as an ideal eco-tourism pattern, it has three investment types: government investment, developer investment and community investment or the combination of them, the paper chooses a community participation eco-tourism place DongYie village with typical investment type--community investment as research object, does questionnaire survey and visit, collect the economic effects, environmental impacts, social influences on community participation and the manner community inhabitant to eco-tourism, then analysis the situation, problems and significance, provide theory reference to the development of community participation eco-tourism.This article has four parts which are as follow: The first part is general situation of research both home and aboard and topic selection. It reviews the research on community participation ecotourism civil and abroad and selects the topic on the retrospect. The second part is theoretical research and research method. It states some basic theories about eco-tourism and community participation, details the practice of the research method--questionnaire survey method, and gives the research frame.The third part is the core part–case study. Select a suitable region according to the topic, do questionnaire survey that economic effects, environmental impacts social influences of ecotourism on community and the manner community inhabitant to eco-tourism, then analysis the result. The fourth part is the conclusion that summarizes the three conclusions reached by this article, which is the significance of community participation ecotourism invested by community.
