Research On The Contract Price Under The EPC Mode

Engineering Procurement Construction is a new mode of engineering project contractor in the current Domestic and foreign markets,it is also one of the construction sector in the domestic promoted contracting mode.Nowadays, domestic Engineering Procurement Construction market has been mature step by step,so more high qualified contractors also gradually began to invest into the category of the EPC. In the mode of EPC, the contract price is one of the most important part of EPC, but in our country,there is few studies about the EPC price, the current study is often just for one of them,few studies study and analysis from the EPC project general contracting mode contract price. in order to explore and research the contract price for EPC general contracting mode,this article begins on the influencing factors of the contract price of EPC, Drilling EPC project contract in the process of the key factors that affect the price.This article have recalled the EPC project general contracting mode of the research background, domestic and foreign development present situation, the meaning of the definition, characteristics, advantages and its disadvantages, and on the application of the EPC contract type and reasonable for a thorough inquiry. For further study of the influence factors of EPC contract price, in this article, we will surely analyzed the traditional contract mode and EPC project contract mode of contract price, to search for the factors which determines the contract price in the two modes. By browsing and search out a large number of articles and conducting investigation and study, we find out the factors which can influence the contract price in the two modes respectively, and summarize the elements, it is consists five aspects, management factor, technical factor, contract factors and objective factors. In these elements,there are common factors influencing factors and respective characteristics in the traditional mode and EPC general contracting mode. Seeking personality in common, to help our research of EPC project general contracting mode determine the contract price of reference, then studies the EPC project general contracting mode determine the influence factors of the contract price.Secondly, according to the influence factors of the EPC contract price project general contracting mode, we can establish the system the influence factors of the contract price of EPC.In order to obtain the influence factors affecting the price of the EPC contract, this paper based on summarizing the documents obtained initial factors, by the way of questionnaire data acquisition and the use of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the combination, analyzed and researched the key factors for it.By explore factor analysis of the questionnaire survey data processing and analysis, obtained under the mode of EPC general contract,there has five aspects factor, respectively, after summarizing the participants, design, construction, management and environment. Then, through the establishment of structural equation model, the reliability test of the data and the goodness of fit analysis are carried out.At the end of the article, the key factors influencing the determination of contract price in EPC mode have been found out, and the strategies and suggestions to deal with and improve these key factors are put forward.This article aims to enrich the EPC project general contracting contract price to determine the mode of related research only on theory and model, to Lay the foundation for subsequent EPC project general contracting mode research.
