With the developed of economic globalization and science knowledge, The relationship between enterprises become from traditional cooperation and competition to cooperation and competition under the environment of supply chain. However, many factor made enterprises have lots of goals conflicts. So, the supply chain contacts became a way that coordinated the profits of enterprises. In this paper, I reviewed the theory of supply chain, and summarized the current situation of contact coordination. Then, The coordination problem of three-stage supply chain was analyzed based on demand of the price of exponential function and effort factor, and made a comparative analysis between them.Firstly, I established the profit model of centralized and decentralized supply chain, and analyzed each decision variables. At the same time, I made a comparative analysis between the values of these decision variables. Then, based on demand was the price of exponential function, It established four supply chain contract models, and they are profit-sharing contact, Buyback contact, Rebate and Penalty Contract, and the join of them. At the same time it also discussed whether these contracts could make supply chain coordinate. With the theory of the supply chain developed, effort factor is an important factor of supply chain. finally, It expanded the contact model into the supply chain contract models with efforts, It also analyzed the impact of effort factor to supply chain coordination. through the establishment of model, and analysis of the decision variables, show that the affection of effort factor for coordination of the supply chain and the limitation condition of contacts parameters.
