The Research Of Guangxi Hongfa Company Wall Materials Production And Equipment Manufacturing Project Risk Management

With the encouragement and the guidance of the wall materials innovation policies of country and autonomous region, and with the impetus of the development of the western China and the construction of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, a new wall material industry and equipment manufacturing especially the wall material with heat preservation and heat insulation property is facing with great opportunities for development in Nanning.The new wall material production in Nanning is still in the extensive management stage and the research on the risk management of the new wall material production project is still need to be further studied. Therefore, a comprehensive and systemic research around the development of new wall material production and equipment manufacturing projects should be launched in Nanning. Based on the full consideration of Guangxi, Nanning City's regional characteristics, the background of policy, housing projects construction scale and the actual situation, the Guangxi Hongfa company wall material production and equipment manufacturing project could be a good model to carry out a new wall materials production project risk management research, and guide the new wall materials equipment and production projects to cope with risks and promote the development of new wall materials industry in Nanning.This paper based on the theory of project management, using the theories and methods of risk identification, risk assessment and risk management strategy, to more in-depth and systematically research the risks may face in the whole operation process, from setting up a project, preparation, implementation to production and operation.Firstly, this paper will introduce the background and the construction of the project. Then, the series of analysis methods, including brainstorming methods, SWOT analysis methods and fishbone diagram analysis, are used to identify, analyze and sum up 21 risks factors during four stages which may exist in the project. Meanwhile, those methods were used to analyze these risk factors one by one. Thirdly, the Delphi method is used to assess risk factors which take an important role in the project and four risk factors that seriously influenced the project are obtained. Finally, this dissertation puts forward the corresponding risk-responded methods and specific measures.My research aims to present a feasible management method, majored in identifying risks, evaluating risks, dealing with risks and controlling risks for Guangxi Hongfa Company's wall material production and equipment manufacturing projects, to provide some certain theories and practical guidance for the risk management research work of the new wall materials production project in Nanning.
