Study On The Development Models Of The Modern Urban Agriculture About WQ District In Tianjin

The modern urban agriculture is a new form of the agriculture development on the outskirts in China. Through expanding agricultural function, the development of modern urban agriculture extend the agricultural industrial chain and realize the integration and development of the first industry, the second industry and the third industry, which vigorously promote agricultural synergism and farmer income. Applicating the general principle and the system analysis approach of management, the development models of the modern urban agriculture for WQ district are studied in this thesis, and form the following conclusions:1.By defining the definition of modern urban agriculture, and anatomical features of the development of modern urban agriculture, the development achievements and the problems of the modern urban agriculture in Tianjin are analyzed, and on this basis, development orientations of the modern urban agriculture in Tianjin are put forward, which base on perfect industrial system and function system of the modern urban agriculture in Tianjin, efforts to build:industry support of the beautiful village construction in Tianjin, supply base of the regional health and safety of agricultural products, service center of modern agriculture demonstration in the area around the Bo hai sea, Ecological barrier of city belt in Beijing and Tianjin and tourism destination of the leisure agriculture and ecological.2.In order to understand the basis for the development of modern urban agriculture in the WQ district, the location and traffic conditions and the resources and environment conditions of the development of the modern urban agriculture the WQ district are analyzed. Through the statistical data, history and characteristics of current situation of agricultural development of the agricultural development in WQ district, and the support system of agricultural development are elaborated.3.By using the method of SWOT analysis, the internal and external environment of the development of are analyzed the modern urban agriculture in WQ district, and through the method of comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the development of the modern urban agriculture in WQ district and put forward the direction of strategic choice. On the basis of the above research, the thinking, orientation and target of WQ modern urban agriculture development are cleared, and the overall layout and development direction were designed, and at the last, the seven modes are put forward, that is:planting industry integration, aquaculture industry aquaculture industry, breeding technology, agriculture products processing and logistics, leisure and sightseeing agriculture, creative agriculture and LOHAS agriculture.4.Based on the development models of the modern urban agriculture in WQ district, Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the eight aspect of improving the planning system, strengthening science and technology system construction, promoting the business organizational innovation, establishing the public service system, improving the supporting policies, accelerating the reform of land system, building the agricultural "rest area" and strengthening the functions of government services.
