Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Agricultural Tourism Industry

Agricultural tourism industry is a tourism mode that appears only after a country’s economic level reaches a certain standard,which is closely related to the continuous development of cities and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards.In order to meet people’s spiritual life and alleviate the pressure of urban work,tourism forms focusing on rural,ecological and agricultural have been launched.This way not only develops tourism,but also realizes the transformation and upgrading of agriculture,which makes the development of modern agriculture have a better direction.In addition,the integration of agricultural economy and tourism is also a new industrial economy.Through the innovative management of agricultural production mode,the agricultural economic structure has been effectively transformed.Taking Changzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the development of agricultural tourism in Changzhou.The purpose is to increase farmers’ income and agricultural efficiency through agricultural transformation.Firstly,this paper uses the database to consult the theories related to agricultural tourism industry and the research results at home and abroad.The research believes that agriculture itself has multi-function,which is the basis for the development of agricultural tourism.The development of tourism industry is systematic,and the characteristics of tourist demand need to be considered at the same time.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to study the development status of agricultural tourism in Changzhou,and obtains information by issuing questionnaires in agricultural tourism scenic spots and communicating with agricultural tourism practitioners.After sorting out the data and analyzing the current situation of agricultural tourism development in Changzhou,the key problems restricting the development of agricultural tourism in Changzhou are obtained.Using SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes various influencing factors of tourism in Changzhou,draws lessons from the successful experience at home and abroad,and puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions for the development of agricultural tourism in Changzhou.The research shows that the advantages of agricultural tourism development in Changzhou mainly include: natural environment,location conditions,strong economic foundation,smooth traffic network,relatively developed development of sightseeing agriculture industry,and the disadvantages mainly include: serious environmental damage,serious product homogenization and obvious seasonality of operation;The main opportunities are: the opportunity of national policy guidance and the arrival of the leisure era have promoted the increase of agricultural tourism demand;Challenges mainly include:challenges from nature,increasing competition in the same industry,and instability of target tourism groups.According to the above analysis,combined with the successful experience at home and abroad,this paper finally determines that the development mode of agricultural tourism in Changzhou is science and technology education type and urban leisure type.It also puts forward five development countermeasures: optimizing the structure of leisure agricultural products,strengthening personnel quality training,improving service quality,building characteristic brands of agricultural tourism,paying attention to ecological environment protection and strengthening the construction of external support system,in order to provide reference for the development of agricultural tourism in Changzhou and other regions of the country.
