| The automobile manufacturing industry is currently one of the largest and most important industries in the world.With the accelerating development of economic globalization,the automobile market in developed countries is becoming increasingly saturated,However;due to the rapid economic development of developing countries represented by China,the consumption level of residents is at a rapid rising phase,Additionally various economies have introduced policies to encourage automobile consumption.Benefit from that,global vehicle sales have maintained rapid growth over 5% since 2010.The auto parts industry has also shown rapid growth,and its position in the entire automotive industry has increased year by year.In recent years,new market demands like new energy vehicles and technological developments such as autonomous driving technology and vehicle networking technology have made the automotive electronic control units more widely used in automobiles.In recent years,the ever-decreasing price of automobiles has led to increasing cost pressure on auto parts manufacturers.The world's major auto parts manufacturers are increasingly competitive in the field of high-end auto parts,and the low-end auto parts field is being encroached by Chinese auto parts manufacturers which are recognized as market late-comers.Meanwhile,due to the diversified trend of the automotive market demand,the tendency of small batches and multiple varieties production is becoming more and more obvious in auto parts industry.The upgrading speed of automobile new technologies accelerates along with automobile product life time shorts,nevertheless the customer response requirement becomes demanding.The traditional mass production mode has been no more cater to the current trend of the auto parts market.Therefore,transforming the existing business development mode,adopting the flexible production mode,taking market demand as the orientation,realizing small batch and multi-variety production,reducing production cost and improving customer response time have become the top priority for transnational auto giants.This article takes the Bosch Automotive Electronics business unit as an example to introduce the significant design of mixed-line production of flexibility mode,by means of literature review the author introduces the theoretical basis and development trend of flexible production.Also by using the observational and comparative research methods to compare the common flexible production methods: mixed-line production and Seru production,to obtain the most suitable method for Bosch.Use empirical study method to research core management problem of mixed-line production including product design management,production line design management and production management system.Through the above research,we can conclud that the implementation of a mixedline production method is an effective approach to solve the problems such of company Bosch as high production cost,slow customer response in the production of electronic control unit faced by Bosch or entire auto parts industry.At the same time,rolling out mixed-line production mode has enlightening significance to Chinese production problem solving,which could facilitate the transition and upgrading of production equipment and products,fully improve productivity then shorten the gap with developed countries. |
