| The paper summarizes the flexible characteristic of the concept and brief analysis of itscharacteristics. According to the theory of flexible three-dimensional flexible space is dividedinto different flexible characteristics of eight parts, and each part of the flexible feature weredescribed. Then the human mode of production flexibility characteristics were analyzed in detail.With flexible characteristics for the media, with the same flexible characteristics of the mode ofproduction and the corresponding flexible space, production mode and flexible space mappingtables. Next, the paper selects13kinds of flexible factors, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod of flexible conversion from time dimension, switching cost and operation range ofdimension three dimensions to evaluate the flexibility of production system. In three dimensionsthe evaluation data to determine the coordinates for the flexibility of production system spaceattribution, and then by the mode of production and flexible space mapping tables to determinethe mode of production of the implementation status and put forward improved opinions. Finally,the paper take Huagao company for example for the practical application, and achieved goodresults, verify the feasibility of the method.This study provides a set of flexible production mode from the perspective of theimplementation of the method, in hope to provide same help to our country’s manufacturingenterprises. |
