The Research On Construction Of Regional Logistics Center City In Suzhou

With the development of the economy,regional economic characteristics significantly strengthened and logistics center cities play a more and more important role in regional economic development.It is an inevitable choice to construct the regional logistics center city,which have better conditions for the development of logistics,to promote the healthy development of the economy.As early as in 2002,Suzhou proposed the goal of the construction of regional logistics center city.With a series of government policy support and a good opportunity for the rapid development of the market economy,Suzhou has made great achievements in the construction of regional logistics center city.However,under the new situation of the current macroeconomic into slow growth,the benefit of three major national strategies,"The Belt and Road",the Yangtze River Delta Integration and Innovation Demonstration Zone of Southern Jiangsu overlay in Suzhou,Shanghai free trade zone and the construction of the Yangtze River economic belt and a range of factors interweaving.All these factors contribute to regional market competition of Suzhou becoming more and more competitive.In this new background,it is a topic that worth thinking and research how to build the Yangtze River Delta Regional Logistics Center City.This paper first reviews the evolution of the concept of logistics and its development after being introduced into our country.On the basis of this,I put forward the understanding of the concept of regional logistics center city.The related theoretical research is not yet mature,so extract the necessary conditions for the construction of a regional logistics center city innovatively from the domestic construction experience,including location conditions,demand conditions,logistics infrastructure and the development environment.Then performing the dynamic analysis of the situation of these four aspects respectively,including the development status and future development trend.Based on the empirical analysis of the competitiveness of Suzhou in the Yangtze River Delta region logistics center city,the results show that Suzhou has good construction conditions,but there are also some problems.Finally,according to the problems of Suzhou regional logistics center city construction,put forward countermeasures and suggestions: play the superior location advantages,the fully release of logistics demand,strengthen logistics development foundation,optimize the development environment.
