Research On The Logistics Management System Of Urumqi Community Outlets

In order to improve the question of vegetable food supply community, stabilize the prices of vegetables in Urumqi, municipal government has established 527 community vegetable food outlets (This article referred to as " community direct marketing").Through the community direct chain operation mode, the residents of the community can buy vegetables and non-staple food at a low price nearby.However, in the process of improve community direct marketing logistics management, how to realize the suppry chain management, achieve procurement, distribution, settlement and other logistics management integration, reduce operating costs, shorten the logistics time, improve logistics efficiency is urgently required to solve.This article analysis the status from two key elements:franchise management and logistics management of community direct marketing. Analysed the status of management and business situation by collecting information and related field surveys. Using systems analysis methods discussed on the community direct marketing's requirements for establishment logistics management system.In close connection with the actual situation of community direct marketing, to design the logistics management system using suppry chain management methods and techniques and informate the "Five reunification" logistics management plan. And using the anarytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation index system of logistics system. Through the design of the function of logistics management subsystem to find out the methods of the sub system optimization, provide logistics system theory, management methods and measures for the construction of Urumqi community direct marketing.
